Returns and refunds

 

The Canadian manufacturer does not keep an inventory of Petit Cactus products. Therefore, it is IMPORTANT to consult the size chart page before making any purchase on PetitCactus.design to avoid any surprises. All sales on the site are FINAL .

According to the Canadian Consumer Affairs Bureau:

"Don't count on the fact that it's always possible to return a product, whether you bought it in a store or online. No law obliges the seller to take back an item, regardless of whether you no longer like it, have decided it's too expensive for you, or have found it cheaper elsewhere."

Return policies vary from retailer to retailer. Inquire about the seller's policy before purchasing. The policy is often printed on the back of the receipt or posted near the register; if not, ask the retailer to write it on the receipt. Policies may differ during promotions, for sale items, or for special occasions.

Furthermore, in Quebec, if the mandatory information is present on the site, the merchant is not obliged to accept returns.
