Shipping available throughout Canada

All your orders are prepared and shipped with love from our workshop in Montreal.

We offer delivery throughout Canada with Purolator or UPS, and internationally with DHL.

Shipping costs vary depending on the distance between your address and our workshop, simply because carriers charge us more for more remote areas.

Here is an overview of our rates:

• Montreal and surrounding areas (≤ 100 km) → $9.95

• Intermediate regions (101–200 km) → $14.95

• Central regions (201–400 km) → $17.95

• Remote areas (401–800 km) → $ 21.95

• Very remote areas (800 km+) → $27.95

Our delivery times generally vary between 2 and 6 working days , depending on the destination.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves the workshop.

Free shipping on orders of $150 or more (before taxes and with some exceptions)

Collection at the workshop

To collect your order, you must select the collection option during checkout.

You can collect your order free of charge once you have received an email from us when the order is ready at:

Pickups are available Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm. Please email us at info@petitcactus.design when you'd like to pick up your order. We'll make sure it's at your door.

We hold orders for pickup for two weeks from the moment you receive confirmation that your order is ready. It is your responsibility to collect your order within this timeframe; otherwise, we will be obliged to return the items to our shelves.
